PURPOSE:To obtain an FMCL having excellent adhesion durability through which a heat-resistant polymer film is adhered firmly and stably to a metal foil by forming the heat-resistant polymer film layer of a film layer where two or more different heat-resistant polymer are laminated. CONSTITUTION:Heat-resistant polymer or precursor therefor having high adhesion to a metal foil or the heat-resistant polymer to be formed later is applied onto the surface of the metal foil, then it is thermally dried. Consequently, a first layer composed of the heat-resistant polymer or precursor therefor is provided. Then heat-resistant polymer having higher glass transition temperature than the heat-resistant polymer or precursor solution therefor is applied thereon, thereafter it is dried to form a second layer. By Such arrangement, a heat- resistant polymer film composed of two or more different heat-resistant polymers are formed. |
