PURPOSE:To stabilize a picture quality against the influence of density of the picture by constituting a photosensitive layer of multiple layers, incorporating a colorant into at least one of the multiple layers and transferring a picture to a picture receptive layer by the rupture and delamination of a photosensitive layer nearest to a base body. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer contg. a dye and/or a pigment is formed on a base body and image-exposed, and a difference of adhesive property during transfer is generated for the exposed part and the unexposed part of the photosensitive layer, thus, a picture is transferred to a picture receptive body such a paper, etc. In this picture forming material, the photosensitive layer is constituted of multiple layers. A dye and/or a pigment is incorporated into at least one of the multiple layers, and a picture is formed by transfer by causing rupture and delamination of a photosensitive layer nearest to the base body. Further, a photo-polymerizable compd. and an org. polymer binder having no photo-polymerizable property are incorporated into the photosensitive layer, wherein diallyl phthalate resin is used as the org. polymer binder having no photo-polymerizable property. Thus, reproducibility of transferred picture is made stabler, and ununiformity of reflection density of transferred pictures, generation of periodical pattern, and generation of pattern having fine orientation are prevented. |
