Vehicle clutch actuation system - incorporates plate spring and disengaging shaft

The actuator device for a friction clutch in a vehicle, having a drive shaft and a driven shaft, connected by the clutch. A plate spring is active in the excess dead point area, which is pretensioned between the shaft for friction force transmission. A disengaging shaft engages against the tensioned spring, to release the clutch. The spring i.e. a membrane spring (7) has a peripheral force transmitting connection to the drive shaft (8). It is connected to the disengaging shaft (11) via a non-selflocking transmission drive (23a,b). When the clutch is released, the disengaging shaft connected to the spring, is braked.
