A device for air-conditioned ventilation of spaces is described, in which the air to be supplied is both heated and humidified. For this purpose, there is provided a heat exchanger (1) which has a multiplicity of flexible plastic pipes, around which the air flows and through which a heat transfer medium is conveyed. At least some of the plastic pipes are sprayed with water in order to humidify the air. The heat exchanger, arranged in a supply-air duct (2), is preferably coupled to a heat exchanger (9), arranged in an exhaust-air duct (8) for the air leaving the spaces, in such a way that the heat contained in the exhaust air is used to heat the air to be supplied.
