PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time and accuracy execute the issue of business forms by recognizing the written characters based on the coordinate data, processing the coordinate data as the image data on the written characters without recognizing these characters when they are prescribed, and combining the character recognizing result and the image data on the written characters to print the business forms. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate data of the characters written on a tablet 100 is given to a character recognition control part 200 to undergo the character process. However the coordinate data on a prescribed area of a business form or the coordinate data that is inputted in a specific action mode is processed as the image data without undergoing the recognition of characters when those data are prescribed. A display part 300 displays the guidance for preparation of business forms, and an operator writes characters based on the guidance. A print art 400 sets the character recognizing result and the image data on the written characters into a prescribed business form print format and prints the business forms. In such a way, the processing time and accuracy can be improved for issue of the business forms. |
