<p>The thick film resistor is produced by making an admixture of finely divided particles of 4-75 wt.% ruthenium-based conductive materials e. g. BiPbRu2O6.5, Bi0.2Pb1.8Ru2O6.1, Bi2Ru2O7. Pb2Ru2O6 and RuO2, 96-25 wt.% nonconductive glass e. g. lead borosilicate glass, alkaline earths borosilicate glass, 0.05-15 wt.% Co2RuO4 to reduce TCR with little increse in resistance dispersed in organic medium e. g. acetate, propionate, turpentine, terpene and terpineol, making its film layer, drying, firing and liquid-sintering.</p> |
