The device picks off a pressure, partic., of a fluid, for use either for measuring or for transcodable signals. It comprises a capsule (1) with an opening (2) closed by a flexible membrane (4) accessible to the pressure to be picked off, capsule containing a non-compressible liquid (5). A compressible elastic piece, positioned opposite the opening (2) and exerting a calibrated and invariable counter pressure on the non-compressible liquid ensures automatic and instantaneous returning of the flexible membrane to close the opening. The elastic compressible piece be formed by an air pocket (7) which may be separated from the opaque noncompressible liquid by a non- compressible transparent liquid (23).
