PURPOSE:To attain no-hit channel changeover and to improve the communication quality and frequency effective utilization by devising the system such that plural radio base stations receive plural channels simultaneously and send plural channels simultaneously while plural radio base stations are moved in a service area to be covered by them. CONSTITUTION:If a channel (old channel) whose communication quality is a prescribed value or below takes place in the midst when plural radio base stations 30 and a mobile radio equipment use plural channels to communicate the same communication content in parallel, a gate exchange 20 detecting it switches the channel to other channel (new channel) with other radio base station 30 to terminate the communication through the old channel and uses plural channels including the new channel to communicate the same communication content without a hit. Thus, the uninterruptible channel changeover during communication (talking), assurance of excellent communication quality and utilization of a broad band signal are attained. |
