PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a photo-charging member simply by forming an amorphous silicon membrane on the cathode side collector of a sheet-form storage battery in an electric plating, and forming a metallic membrane to form a Schottky barrier on the silicon membrane in an electric plating. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-form battery 100 is composed of a lower collector 105, an anode 104, an electrolyte 103, and an upper collector 101. Then, to form an amorphous silicon membrane 106 of a photo-charging member 200, the surface of the upper collector 101 is pre-processed to remove fat, and after that, the sheet-form battery 100 is soaked in an organic solvent including a silicon compound, to carry out the electroanalysis of silicon. Furthermore, to form a Schottky barrier, it is soaked in a platinum chloride acid bath, to form a metal layer 107 of platinum of about 100Angstrom . Then, by radiating the light to the formed Schottky barrier from the outside, an electromotive force is generated. Consequently, the photo-charging member 200 can be formed in a large area by a simple wet process. |
