<p>PURPOSE:To form the titled device having excellent working property by combining a press bar, to which a pusher energized in the expansion direction by means of an elastic member is mounted, and a drawing die. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the pushers 7, which can be moved centering around a shaft 10, are energized through the elastic member 8 so that the diameters of the lower end sections are made larger than that of the lower end small diameter section 5b of the drawing die 5, and mounted to the lower end of the press bar 6, and a press bar structure is formed. A rubber bush 4 shaped by holding a main body 1 made of a rubber between the inner and outer metallic cylinders 2, 3 is inserted into the large diameter section 5a of the drawing die 5, the bush 4 is pushed against the small diameter section 5b side by said press bar structure and passed forcedly to reduce the diameter of the external metallic cylinder 3, and a rubber bush in which tensile stress is not generated is manufactured. When the elastic member 8 of said press structure ages, only the member can easily be replaced, and the titled device is economical.</p> |
