<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the contact of a flier into contact with a disk surface and the damage of the disk surface by forming a slider of a fluorocarbon resin having a modifier and providing the slider with projections having the shape and sizes of prescribed footprints and the prescribed projection height upper than the circumferential surface. CONSTITUTION: The durable built-up parts 15a on a transparent glass disk substrate 17 include the projections 15b formed of the fluorocarbon resin having the modifier. The projections 15b formed of the material have the shape and sizes of the prescribed footprints and the prescribed projection height upper than the circumferential surface. The adhesion to the glass is satisfactory when the glass surface is adequately prepd. and the fluorocarbon resin has relative softness. As a result, the damage on the flier is prevented even if the impact between the flier and the projections arises during use.</p> |
