Joining glass to glass is accomplished by the steps of mixing 100 wt.% mixture of water and carbonated water at ratio of 6.5:3.5-7:3, 8-12 wt.% starch, 6-10 wt.% mixture of silicon dioxide, sodium oxide and soda ash at ratio of 7:1:2, making a film layer on two plate glasses, inserting a PVA film between two plate glasses, and heat- binding them.
