PURPOSE:To attain accurate correction history control by controlling correction history information in the same file as a control program (operating system (OS) program) constituting the OS. CONSTITUTION:In the case of correcting the OS program in accordance with correction instruction data 11 instructed by a correcting article through a correcting means 2, the correcting means 2 informs a corrected result to a correction history control means 3 and instructs the recording of the history information 12 of the correcting article 1 described in the article 1 in a correction history control table 62. The means 3 records the execution date of correction and the history information 12 of the correcting article 1 in the table 62 together with the corrected result. Thereby, information relation to the correction history of the OS program is automatically recorded simultaneously with the correction of the OS program. Consequently, this history relating to the correction of the OS program is simply and accurately controlled.
