PURPOSE:To form a color image without ruining the distinctness of color by making the base of chromatic component on the surface of a color image a black toner layer. CONSTITUTION:A 1st color transfer sheet 1 where a coloring material dispersion resin layer 131 is formed on a heat resistant resin film 11 through a separation layer 12 is prepared and a black toner image 3 for an original is formed on a transfer member 2. By superposing the sheet 1 and the member 2 and making them pass through a pressurizing heat roller, the separation layer 12 is easy to be separated and a toner layer 3 is welded with the resin layer 131, then a mirror image is obtained. The transfer sheet having the coloring material dispersion layer corresponding to the non-image part of an original is superposed on a transfer member 90 where a white or a transparent toner layer 9 is formed and where the image should be formed and they are heated so as to transfer the coloring material dispersion layer 131 on the transfer sheet. Then, the 2nd transfer sheet 6 is superposed on the transfer member having a colored layer corresponding to the non-image part of the original and they are heated. The distinct color image is transferred on other transfer material with such a constitution. |
