PURPOSE:To mold a bumper, wherein the joint of an opening part is thick, without generating breaking, by a method wherein two sheets of parison forming an outer and inner walls of the bumper are press-bonded, piled up, stretched and molded, in a part corresponding to a front opening part of a bumper. CONSTITUTION:Outside and inside parison 4, 5 are joined respectively to a cavity 6b of a surface side mold 6 and a cavity 9a of a rear side mold 9 and the tip 10b of a swelling part 10 approaches to the cavity 6b of the surface side mold 6. The inside parison 5 in a range surrounded by the swelling parts 10, 10 is piled up and press-bonded to the outside parison 4 and a press-bonded part 18 of a joint of a front opening part 2 of a bumper is constituted of the duplicated parison up to a set up gap. A circumferential part of the opening of the front opening becomes thick by being molded doubly, it does not happen than an obstacle such as breaking is generated, reinforcement is performed through solidification of the inside parison 5 and a molded product superior in shock resistance and durability is obtained. In addition, since an undercut is not provided on account of molding of the opening part, demodulating can be performed smoothly and swiftly. |
