<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a filter material having superior deodorizing power by depositing a fine pulverous deodorizing agent consisting of a mixture of TiO2 and ZnO, and water onto a sheet having three-dimensional net-like structure without causing film- shaped clogging of the net-like structure or burying the whole body of the net-like structure in an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate amt. of an adhesive material is applied in an adhesive material applying section 3 to a sheet 1 having a three-dimensional net-like structure removed of a film-shaped body of foamed body. Then, a fine pulverous deodorizing agent consisting primarily of a mixture of TiO2 and ZnO, contg. some water is scattered in a deodorizing agent scattering section 4 from either one of front or rear surface of the sheet 1, and a part of the scattered deodorizing agent is recovered by sucking from another surface side. Thus, the deodorizing agent is distributed uniformly in a range from its surface and in the internal structure of the sheet 1. In a succeeding solidifying-fixing section 5, the adhesive material is solidified and the fine pulverous deodorizing agent is fixed to the sheet 1. Further, unfixed deodorizing agent is recovered in a recovering section 6 of the unfixed deodorizing agent. Obtd. filter material causes only small pressure loss and has superior deodorizing power.</p> |
