PURPOSE:To cut the light signal of the wavelength different from the wavelength transmitted and received by a signal transmitter and receiver before the signal is supplied to the signal transmitter and receiver by providing a filter member into an optical fiber so as to incline with the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:The right end face of the optical fiber in the connector for multifibers and the left end face 26b of the optical fiber 26 come into contact with each other in a pressed state so that light is well transmitted when the connector for multifibers of an apparatus is fitted to the face 22 side of an adapter base 21. The connector for multifibers on the optical line side is fitted to the face 22 side of the adapter base 21 so that both the optical fibers come into contact with each other likewise in a pressed state. The filter 31 to cut a certain specified wavelength is provided to the central part of the optical fiber 26 and has a certain angle with the optical axis in order to prevent the reflection of the incident light. The light signal of the wavelength different from the wavelength transmitted and received by the signal transmitter and receiver is cut in this way before this signal is supplied to the signal transmitter and receiver. |
