PURPOSE:To reuse deterioration-free toner liquid and to improve economy by processing the recovered excessive toner liquid through a 1st and 2nd ion exchange membranes, electrolytically dissociating and storing a developing agent and a curing agent and mixing them at the time of reuse. CONSTITUTION:A 3rd storing means 35 recovers the excess of a 1st liquid containing toner grains applied to a medium on which an electrostatic latent image is formed and the developing agent or curing agent electrified to polarity the same as the toner grains and the excess of a 2nd liquid containing the same toner grains and the developing agent or curing agent electrified to polarity opposite from the toner grains. The 1st and 2nd liquid are stored in 1st and 2nd storing means 33 and 35 through the 1st and 2nd ion exchange membranes 31 and 32, and the developing agent and the curing agent are isolated from their mixture which is prone to be deteriorated, and are stored. The stored liquids are mixed by an atomizer, and are reused as deterioration- free toner liquid. The title image forming device provides higher economy because of a decrease in running costs of toner liquid. |
