PURPOSE:To improve the response time by using the statistical information of the number of the times of referring of a message existing at one block and dynamically registering a block to exceed the number of the times of the referring of the prescribed number of the times or above at the message storing area on a memory. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with the input from plural conversational terminal units 1 connected to an on-line control part 2, a message outputted to the device 1 from the activation of the program to process input data upto the completion is stored into a common message file 5. When the message stored in the file 5 is read, the block with the actual high frequency of the number of times of the input output is dynamically resident at a message storing area 7 on a memory, and the resident message is referred to. The control data such as the frequency of number of the times of the input output are succeeded at the time of the next activation, and the block of the file 5 stored in the area 7 after a constant period passes can be fixed to the block suitable of the opera tion mode of respective computer systems. |
