PURPOSE:To ease the congestion degree and to prevent the trouble of many passengers by controlling a gate not to close for the ticket of an error scale of a specified value or below at the ticket barrier with the high congestion degree of a passenger. CONSTITUTION:An error scale deciding means 18 decides whether or not the error scale of a ticket is the prescribed value or below based on an error signal from a ticket processing means 16. When it is decided that the error scale is the specified value or below, after a CPU 24 updates the number of the times of errors stored in the error frequency storing area of the ticket and the decision input whether or not the ticket barrier is congested is awaited. At the time of being the decision input that the ticket barrier is congested, after an error flag is set to the ticket, a releasing signal is outputted to a gate driving means 22 and a gate is released. Thus, the passenger, even when it is decided that the error exists, can pass through the gate as it can and the flow at the ticket barrier becomes smooth. |
