COMPUTING SYSTEM, OPERATION OF NON- SYNCHRONOUS MULTIPLE PROCESSORS, COORDINATION OF OPERATION, COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PROCESSORS AND TRANSFER OF MULTIPLE MESSAGES WITH THE PROCESSORS

摘要

PURPOSE: To designate and use all resources in a multi-processor system on one prescribed processing by various systems by executing the task of the system in response to transaction identity reference information contained in the most preferential message and a data message on the reference information. CONSTITUTION: The plural processors contain interfaces 14, 16 and 18-23 provided with plural storage positions 26 which are allocated to various specified transactions, namely, the tasks at arbitrary time and which are previously selected. The message contains a transaction number for directly addressing the storage position in the interface. A command code used for managing the message is combined with the transaction number. The transaction number and the command code occupy the prescribed positions in a priority protocol. The priority protocol connect the plural processors and it is monitored by the network 50 merging the plural messages during transfer.
