<p>PURPOSE:To feed copying paper to a transferring station by disposing a self discharge type brush by facing a paper guiding member and passing the copying paper so as to sandwich the paper between the member and the brush thereby removing creases from the paper and destaticizing the paper. CONSTITUTION:In an electrophotographic copying machine of a gripper conveing system, a self-discharge type brush 7 is disposed by facing a paper guiding member 6 in front of a transferring station disposed with a transfer corotron 2 so as to face the same. Since the copying paper 4 passed to the transferring station is sandwiched between the member 6 and the brush 7, the creases of the paper 4 are removed. If the paper 4 is charged electrostatically, the paper is destaticized prior to transferring by the effect of the brush 7.</p> |
