<p>PURPOSE:To simply recognize a mount error by providing a preset value setting means correcting the mount error of each head forming a pair head. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic heads A1, A2 and B1, B2 are heads in pairs. Circuits 201 - 204 are head amplifier circuits, which amplify signals reproduced from the magnetic heads A1 - B2. Analog switches 205, 206 select and extract alternately a signal reproduced by the heads A1 or A2 and B1 or B2. Each extracted signal is fed to a reproducing signal processing circuit 207, in which the signal is demodulated into a normal video signal and outputted to a terminal 208. Only a special signal is separately extracted by a specific signal separation circuit 210 from the output signal of the analog switches 205, 206, the signal is supplied to a tracking error signal generating circuit 211, a reproduced time difference of the specific signal is detected and the result is outputted at a terminal 212 as a tracking error.</p> |
