Then a photodetection circuit JK discriminates whether or not the restoration of lighting of its own node is defective based on the state of a reception signal when the transmission signal is at an L level and the reapplication of the power supply of the lighting circuit HK of its own node is inhibited if the lighting restoration of its own node is defective. Thus, if its own node is the source of the occurrence of a fault in the occurrence of the fault where the lighting state is consecutive, the lighting is stopped automatically and the communication between remaining nodes is restored.
