PURPOSE:To improve airtightness of a safety valve and operational reliability by providing a welding portion to a cut-away portion of a side face of synthetic resin, a side portion of a hole or a downward portion thereof to compose a safety valve section. CONSTITUTION:A group of electrode plates is coated with a synthetic resin 4 formed in a sheet or a film. The entire periphery of the coated portion is welded to form a welded portion 5'. At least one portion among a cut-away portion of a side face of the synthetic resin 4, a side portion of a hole 8 or a downward portion thereof is welded to form a welded portion 9. A safety valve section 6' is thus composed as described above. Accordingly, the synthetic resin 4 in which the group of electrode plates is installed has no airspace to enlarge its area facing each other. Deformation of the safety valve section 6' to stress generated when the valve is opened is minimized. Furthermore, by injecting silicon oil into the cut-away portion or the hole 8, adhesion is improved to obtain the safety valve section 6' with higher reliability. |
