PURPOSE:To attain the transaction use while a person takes a seat on the wheelchair by providing a reflecting surface to reflect inside the transaction port from a wheelchair height position and allow visibly it on the rising exposing surface at the shutter inner surface side to rise, incline and open and close the upper surface of the transaction port while the surface is pivoted at the depth side of the transaction port. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 22 has the flat plate shape of the size to be able to close a paper money inserting port 21 of a square shape, is pivoted at the depth side of the paper money inserting port 21, driven by a suitable shutter driving device in a freely rising and inclining way with a pivoting part 22b as a supporting point and open-close-operated. At this time, on the inner surface of the shutter 22, a same square-shaped reflecting mirror 22a is stuck, and when the shutter 22 rises, the internal part of the paper money inserting port is set to the rising angle to reflect and project from a wheelchair height position and can be made visible through the reflecting mirror 22a. Thus, the wheelchair user such as a handicapped person can smoothly transact and operate in a natural wheelchair posture. |
