PURPOSE:To attain the length count of an elastic material by providing a means revising a count object set by the user at a desired rate of change and using the result of multiplying the rate of change with a preset prescale value if the count object value is revised as an executed prescale value. CONSTITUTION:The counter is provided with a means revising a count object value set by the user at a desired rate of change while displaying the rate of change and with a means using the result of multiplying the rate of change with a preset prescale value as an executed prescale value. Thus, if the count object is revised, the result of multiplying the rate of change with the preset prescale value is used as the executed prescale value. Thus, the counter most suitable for the length count of an elastic material is obtained. |
