PURPOSE:To adjust the frequency and the temperature compensation from the outside of a can, by utilizing the relative relation between an inductor built in the can and a permanent magnet provided at the outside of the can. CONSTITUTION:In a crystal oscillator 1, exciting electrodes 3, 4 placed opposingly on both major planes of a crystal plate 2 and lead electrodes 5, 6 led out from there to the circumference, are arranged with vacuum deposition. Fixed ends of metallic supports 7, 8 are fixed to a metallic terminal 11 penetrated an insulator 10 to a base 9 for fixing and a metallic terminal 12 penetrated the inside of the base 9 for fixing. The base 9 is provided with another metallic terminal 13 penetrated for fixing similarly to connect the inductor 14. The can 15 is covered on the base 9, and the flanges of the both are sealed. The permanent magnet 16 is provided at the outer wall of the can 15 and the inductance of the inductor 14 is controlled by moving the position. |
