PURPOSE:To obtain a separator, a current collector, and an electrode reinforcing material having high corrosion resistance and high strength at high temperature by forming them with an alloy of Ni, Cu, C, Mn, and Ti. CONSTITUTION:At least part of each of an electrode reinforcing material, a current collector, and a separator is formed with an alloy of Ni, Cu, C, Mn, Ti, and the balance unavoidable impurities. The alloy contains 60-80% Ni, 20-40% Cu, 0.3% or less C, 0.5-2.0% Mn, and 0.5-5% Ti by weight. Melting starting temperature of the alloy forming the electrode reinforcing material, current collector, and separator is 1200 deg.C or more. The alloy forming the separator and current collector is heated at 500-700 deg.C for at least one hour as the final heat treatment. |
