<p>PURPOSE:To make possible mass production of clone plant and readily obtain the subject cultured substance such as callus by adjusting number of total cells of rhizome tissue of licorice of Leguminosa and culturing in medium added of plant growth hormone. CONSTITUTION:Number of total cells of inoculating piece tissue in implanting rhizome tissue of licorice of Leguminosa is adjusted to 10<3>-10<6> and the cells are implanted in a medium comprising complete synthetic medium composed of inorganic salts and vitamins and plant growth hormone added to the synthetic medium, then cultured to afford the aimed cultured substance.</p> |
