The sunvisor body (1) made of polyurethane foam inplants a frame and textile fabric covers and adheres to the surface of the polyurethane foam. The textile fabric, applied with an adhesive layer of polyurethane resin, is fixed on the surface of the upper mould by pins. Then if polyuretrane is foamed into the cavity of the mould the fabric adhers to the polyurethane to become integral.
