The method of removing ovary membrane of herrings is described. Thus, ovary membranes of herrings are eliminated by immersing ovaries in an aqueous solution of pancreation to decompose the membranes. In above-mentioned process, membranes can be readily and effectively eliminated without troublesome handling. |
