Decontamination of earth - by covering with foil pref. insulated and spraying earth with water and air under controlled conditions

A stock of contaminated earth is regenerated, while protected from the ground by a waterproof sheet, and under a covering foil. Water and air are distributed to the earth by supply systems immediately below the foil, which is covered by heat insulation. A central system maintains mositure levels under the foil, together with temp. and pH value. Water descends within the stack to the mouth of an outwardly leading discharge pipe. Both treating air and water may be externally heated; cleaning is effected by detergents, H2O2 and/or O3. ADVANTAGE - Decontamination is greatly accelerated.
