The intention is to provide a suitable advancement pipe for sewage lines in which it is not possible to walk. Said advancement pipe comprises a pipe body (1) consisting of ductile cast iron, in the case of which jutting-back portions (2, 3) running around alternately on the inner and outer circumferences are made on the end sides. The remaining ends (4, 5) fit precisely into said jutting-back portions (2, 3). The satisfactory connection is obtained without additional connecting elements. <IMAGE>
