Said device includes a displacing element, which can be positioned in front of the pole chamber that is to receive the element; the tip of said displacing element has a diameter which is smaller, during positioning, than typical dimensions of the pole chamber and which, after positioning and before insertion of the contacts, can be opened in such a manner that its dimensions become greater than typical dimensions of the pole chamber. |
