A fast cooker (1) of metered amounts of spaghettis, bucatinis, and the like pasta products, comprises a travel path (3) for the spaghettis extending between a raw spaghetti inlet opening (4) and a cooked spaghetti outlet opening (5), a cooking chamber (6) and a normalization chamber (7) formed along said travel path (3) at the inlet opening (4) and outlet opening (5) ends, respectively, said chambers (6, 7) having walls (12, 17) which are lined internally with a wire mesh (31, 22) adapted to come in contact with the outermost spaghettis in the metered amount. The inventive cooker (1) affords the advantage of an uncommonly high level of sanitation in operation, by reason of any retention of spaghetti bits on its inside being fully prevented. |
