A PROCESS FOR THE PREPARING OF SUNDROPS OIL

(a) mixing 1kg of sundrops seed with 50g of crushed dry ice; (b) crushing the mixture of seed-dry ice with a roll-mill; (c) treating the above crushed mixture with 5 litre of n-hexane and stirring; and filtering the extrat of (c) and permeating through the column which is filled with 2 litre of silica gel at the flow rate of 40 ml/min. Thus, after decolorization, filtration, and evaporation of the eluate, 200g of the purified sundrops oil is obtained.
