摘要 The system contains an arrangement (1) of three light sources on a triangle which are applied to the object (20) and facing a steering or guiding system (2-4). An electrooptical sensing arrangement contains a region or area imaging device facing the object and an image processing computer. A steering or guidance computer is connected to the image processing computer and a radio link is used to exchange radio signals with the object. The system enables accurate measurement in all six degrees of freedom of the object and guides its motion on the basis of the measurements. USE/ADVANTAGE - Determining spatial position of moving object and guiding its motion. Active navigation system, esp. for automatic landing of aircraft. Enables aircraft to be very accurately guided along intended flight path whilst performing all necessary corrections instantaneously.
