摘要 In the devices known hitherto, known as centrifugal analysers, it is known to set a cell disc which has chambers for the accommodation of blood plasma samples into rotation; inexpensive operation is only achieved if the speed of revolution is relatively high. However, this high speed of revolution modifies the blood plasma to be analysed, for example due to the centrifugal forces which occur, so that the measurement results are inaccurate. The novel device is intended to optimise the measurement accuracy and at the same time to improve the economic efficiency of the analysis. It is provided according to the invention that the photodiode (5) and the interference filter (4) are arranged in the region of the outside of the cell disc (2) on a rotor and are allowed to rotate concentrically around the cell disc. The blood plasma to be analysed now remains at rest during the analysis, so that no disadvantages arising from the rotational movement can affect the nature of the blood plasma. <IMAGE>
