A compsn. of cream soap having a higher stability comprises (a) phosphate esters surfactant of formula (I) or (II) of 10-50 wt.%, (b) mineral salts of 1-15 wt.% i.e. NaCl, Na2SO4, CH3COONa, and (c) natural gum of 0.1-5 wt.% i.e. agar, sodium alginate. In the formulas, R1= R2= R3= C10-18 alkenyl or alkyl; A=B=D= H, Na, K or ethanolamine; l=m=n= 0-10.
