FILM CARTRIDGE

PURPOSE:To enable recording of the information on each of respective frames and to assure correspondence of a recording medium and the film cartridge by providing a semiconductor memory which can be written with the data on each of the respective photographing frames to the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:A film container 7 is constituted of a ROM-IC housing part 71 for writing the photographing data on each of the photographing frames and a film housing part 72. Holes H corresponding to the respective terminals of the ROM-IC 23 for making electrical connection to an external apparatus is provided to this housing part 71. A ROM-IC chip 75 in the housing part 71 is connected to a substrate 81 on a camera side via a printed circuit board 73 and a spring 80 for contact on the camera side and is connected to the microcomputer in the camera when the container 7 is loaded to the camera.
