PURPOSE:To rapidly and properly investigate the cause of failure in operation by providing an analysis cause analyzing means to analyze a failure cause according to a failure state indicated by an indicating means, an output means to output an question item required for analysis, and an input means to input a response to the question item. CONSTITUTION:A worker in an office receiving communication from a maintenance worker displays various failure states of an elevator on a display means 40, and a failure state reported from the maintenance worker is indicated by an indicating means 20. A failure cause analyzing means 100 analyzes a failure cause based on the indicated failure state, and a question item is outputted by a first output means 90 when a need occurs in the middle of analysis. When a response to the question item is obtained by an input means 90, by referring to the response, analysis of the failure cause is progressed. When the analysis is completed, a result is outputted from a second output means 110. The worker in the office reports the output result to the maintenance worker. |
