PURPOSE: To improve the elasticity and durability by heat-bonding each fiber ball obtained by blending binder fibers with spirally crimped polyester fiberfill to provide a fiber ball and assembling the obtained fiber balls in a mattress cover. CONSTITUTION: Spirally crimped polyester fiberfill having about 10 to about 100 mm cut length is intimately blended, and the blended fiber is randomly arranged to provide fiberballs having about 2 to about 15 mm sizes. The obtained fiber balls are individually heat-bonded, and cooled, and the cooled fiber balls are assembled in a mattress cover so as to be weakly bonded. |
