PURPOSE:To obtain a bonded magnet having high bending strength, high corrosion resistance and desirable magnetic characteristics and still easy to manufacture by adding condensed aminotriazine phosphate compound to a mixture of polyamide and powder of a permanent magnet material containing R, Fe and B. CONSTITUTION:A bonded magnet is produced by bonding powder of a permagnet magnet material, particularly flakes thereof with polyamide as a binder. Condensed aminotriazine phosphate compound is added in the mixture of the powder of the permanent magnet material and the polyamide. The powder of the permagnent magnet material used herein contains R (R represents one or more rare-earth elements containing Y), Fe and B. Preferably used are the flakes of permanent magnet alloy prepared by quenching melt of the alloy at high speed. |
