PURPOSE:To prevent a net from being stuck and to provide stretchability by using an elastic fiber as a double covered thread which is double covered by fluoro fiber. CONSTITUTION:The double covered thread, with elastic fiber as a core, and with its surroundings doubly covered with fluoro fiber is used and the net is knitted by a knitting machine with <=24 gauges, namely, with <=24 needles for 1 inches. Then, the weight ratio of the elastic fiber in the double covered thread is caused to be <=50% and a surgical net structure body is obtained using spandex as the elastic fiber in the double covered thread. For example, by using this double covered thread, knitting is executed with the condition as follows; knitting machine: double needle raschel net making machine, gauge: 22 gauges, reed number: 6 (L-1, L-2, L-5 and L-6 are base structure, L-3 and L-4 are selvage joined structure), the number of needle to be used in one side: 282 needles cylindrical diameter of fabric: 150mmphi (at the time of unshrinkage), mesh stitch diameter: 12mmphi (at the time of tension), density on machine: 11 wX32c/inces, set up at product density: 48wX50c/inces. |
