PURPOSE:To obtain stone having appearance and hardness close to those of andesite and usable as a general building material by adding a melting accelerator and cement to fly ash, fluidizing them, heating and carrying out slow cooling in a vessel. CONSTITUTION:Na2CO3 and CaO as a melting accelerator and cement as a hardening agent are added to fly ash discharged from a thermal power plant using coal, etc. They are mixed, fluidized by heating to 1,250-1,300 deg.C, poured into a slow cooling vessel and hardened by slow cooling to produce stone. |
