RELEASING METHOD OF MOLDED PRODUCT PROVIDED WITH SCREW FROM MOLD

PURPOSE:To line up molded products on a receiving device automatically and reliably, by a method wherein a driving head is turned by 90 degrees at a position moving backward after a unscrewing mold releasing stroke, chucking of the molded product is released and the receiving device is situated directly below a releasing position of the chucking. CONSTITUTION:When complete unscrewing mold releasing of a molded product 71 is performed from a stationary mold 18 side and a backward movement of a driving dead 19 is suspended, a belt conveyor 21 is lifted up to a raising position from a lowering position and a driving head 19 is turned (turned reversely) by 90 degrees in the direction J by a head turning cylinder 47. At a point of time when the turning of the driving head 19 is completed, the lower end of a molded product 71 chucked by a bladder 64 and the belt conveyor 21 are under a state where they are very much close to each other. Air pressure chucking by each chucking device 50 provided with the bladder 64 is released under this state and the molded products 71 are lined up and placed on the belt conveyor 21 tenderly.
