The method for preparing a semisolid medium for mass culture of bacillus thuringiensis (BT) is presented. Thus, liquid medium is composed of 20g of soy bean mill, 8g of sucrose, 1g of yeast extract, 1g of casein, and 1 litre of distilled water. 1.75g part of the above medium is mixed with 1 part of soy bean mill in proportion to weight. The optimal pH of the mixed semisolid medium is 7.0-7.5 and the optimal temperature for mass culture of bacillus thuringiensis is 28≦̸C.
