A regeneration process of a filter bed (1) comprises a filtering process, a washing preparation and stand-by process, a washing process, and a filtering process. The back washing drainage separation process for the filter bed is characterised in that an unfiltered drainage valve positioned between a back washing drainage way (7) and a back washing drainage tube (9a) is opened during the washing stand-by process so that unfiltered water put in the upper part of trap (3) is separated and regenerated by a unfiltered water drainage tube (9b) located at one side of the back washing drainage tube.
