It makes it possible to prepare a polychromatic pigment- type paste, which is graduated as desired or even multigraduated by means of moulds or gradation metering devices which can be adjusted and unilateral or parallel- plane mixing devices. This pigment-type paste oriented in a "maximum-gradient" direction may be applied for colouring a support such as paper, plastics, fabric, rubber, etc.
